Our Guarantee
We aim to provide uninterrupted and error-free availability to our website however due to the nature of the internet this cannot be guaranteed.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition you must notify us within 7 days and post it back to us within 21 days of the delivery date. We can then either issue a replacement order or refund your money for the order.
Any replacements are subject to being in stock although we will aim to dispatch any items in stock within 7 working days and any items not in stock within 30 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Unfortunately we can only accept returned items if you have notified us before you send the order back as sometimes it may not be necessary for you to return all, part or any of the order.
All Go Wedding Favours products are produced on premises where nuts are used and therefore all Go Wedding Favours products may contain nut traces and other ingredients which may cause allergic reactions.
Allergy Advice: Items produced on premises where nuts are used and as such may contain nut traces, soya or milk and dairy products. Allergy advice is given on the specific product page and must be adhered to.
General Advice: Chocolate Dragee Flowers and Butterflies Stems are made from wire, chocolate wrapping (cellophane, tulle or satin). The leaves are not edible, they are only decorative, as such caution and supervision would be advised when items are given to children. We are not VAT registered.
We aim to keep stock levels constant, although we cannot guarantee all items will be in stock at any time.
You may also cancel your order within 7 days of delivery, to commence the day after the goods have been received by the customer in accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000). The goods must be returned to Go Wedding Favours in perfect condition and unopened, upon which a refund will be made, excluding all postage costs, within 30 days of receiving the goods back in the aforementioned condition. We request that all goods are returned solely at the customers expense and that goods are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for goods up to the value of £32.00 Sterling or Royal Mail Special Delivery for goods valued at £32.01 Sterling or more.
We are constantly working to ensure all the information displayed on the website is accurate however we can accept no responsibility for errors made.
All information on the website, including logo and all images are strictly for your own personal, non-commercial use only and may not be used, distributed, translated, adapted, published, reproduced, modified, created derivative works from or re-used in any way without the express written consent of Go Wedding Favours throughout the world and in any media form.

We always reserve the right to edit any postings, reviews and terms that we, Go Wedding Favours, deem inappropriate or offensive. By posting or sending your comments you are agreeing to authorise Go Wedding Favours to print, edit and distribute this material.
All payments are made via a secure server.
If you order from the website and thus create a user account you are responsible for maintaining that account and the confidentiality of the username and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent any potential unauthorised access to your account.
For card transactions, delivery can be made to an address other than the customer's home address but Go Wedding Favours reserves the right to use oly the home address if there is any doubt regarding fraudulent activity.
All card transactions must only be made by the person to whom the credit or debit card is registered. When paying by cheque, the order will be dispatched once any cheques have cleared. Cheques are to be made payable to: Go Wedding Favours and sent to Go Wedding Favours, 6 Alfred Avenue, Mapperley, Nottingham, NG3 6GY.
Payment is processed at the point where order is processed and a delivery email is sent to you to confirm the order with a unique order number, which must be retained in the event of a problem occurring with the order. All orders cancelled before or after dispatch will be subject to a standard restocking charge of £7.99 to mitigate charges incurred by ourselves as a result of cancelling the order.
Pricing
All prices quoted are for new products and are priced in pounds sterling inclusive of any VAT payable. Our price is the selling price of the product and does not include Delivery/Carriage charges. which are detailed at the check out page. The delivery charge passed on to you will depend on the weight and size of the goods ordered and the carrier concerned.
The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on the Website at the time you place your order. Every effort is made to ensure that prices and description shown on the Website are accurate at the time you place your order. If within 14 days of accepting your order a pricing and/or description error is found in respect of any or all of the goods you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible detailing the mis-priced/described goods and offering you the option of:
1. placing a new order at the correct price for those goods;
2. cancelling the whole of your order; or
3. cancelling your order for the mis-priced goods and reconfirming your order for the correctly priced goods.
If, within 14 days of receipt of our notice to you, you have not responded by selecting one of the available options 1, 2 or 3 above then:
(a)if all of the goods you have ordered are found to be mis-priced, the entire order will be cancelled automatically and We will refund or re-credit you for any sum you have paid for those goods; or
(b)if only some of the goods you have ordered are found to be mis-priced, our contract with you continues and We will deliver the correctly priced goods but We will not be obliged to supply you with the mis-priced goods. In these circumstances We will refund or re-credit You for any sum you have paid for the mis-priced goods.
To avoid any doubt, where goods have been mis-priced and you subsequently order such goods at the correct price, these terms of sale shall apply to the order and the supply of the relevant goods, whether the order is placed through our Website or otherwise. In addition to the price, you may be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods, details of which are clearly displayed on our Website at the point that you place your order.
Delivery
All orders are subject to the postage cost quoted at the time of placing the order. All orders up to the value of £4.99 GBP will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class standard delivery. Orders over this value will be sent via Royal Mail or a responsible courier at the descretion to Go Wedding Favours. Our standard time we aim to get your order dispatched is 7 working days and delivered within 5 working days of dispatch. (Excludes bank holidays, seasonal times of the year and other significant dates.) However, if you require your order to be delivered more quickly please contact us to arrange Express Delivery for a small additional cost.
If for any reason your order is likely to be delayed we will inform you at our earliest opportunity to arrange a later date or give you the option to cancel the order.
We use Royal Mail or a responsible courier (depending on the value of your order) to ensure safe delivery of your goods, however, this is a third party and as such there may be occasions when your goods cannot be delivered on time due circumstances beyond our control such as postal strikes, civil commotion, drought, legislation, flood, transport strikes and other incidents.
In the warmer months of the year it may be necessary to expedite orders faster than 5 working days to avoid damage to the chocolate caused by heat exposure therefore we reserve the right to delay your order for the same reason if we believe damage may occur. We immediately inform you if this is the case.
All deliveries require a signature to secure delivery which usually occur between 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Saturday excluding all UK statutory holidays. If there is no person at the delivery address to sign for the goods your delivery may be taken to the local storing office to await your collection. Your delivery driver should leave a card explaining the process if this is the case. Please be aware that your local sorting office will only hold the ordered goods for limited time. If they remain uncollected they will be returned to Go Wedding Favours.
Furthermore, if any ordered goods are returned due to failed collection, Go Wedding Favours will not be held responsible and no refund can be given due to the unknown holding conditions which may adversely affect the chocolate quality.
We will attempt to deliver to the address you give at the time of registration or at the point of order and as such any incomplete or incorrect addresses submitted by the customer that results in a failed attempt to deliver will result in Go Wedding Favours accepting no liability for late or failed delivery. Ordered goods will be returned to Go Wedding Favours and no refund can be given due to the unknown holding conditions which may adversely affect the chocolate quality. Therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to check all details entered are complete and correct.
We are unable to process or deliver any order to any address containing a PO Box number or from persons placing an order whose own address contains a PO Box number.
We can deliver throughout the UK, however additional postage charges will apply to orders received from Northern Ireland, all islands including The Channel Islands and The Isle of Man. Customers in these locations are advised to contact Go Wedding Favours for a revised postal quote.
International Delivery
Please note we can deliver confectionary outside of the UK to all European Union countries and we can deliver all non-confectionary items worldwide. Postage costs displayed on the site relate to UK mainland deliveries only. To provide a separate quote to cover appropriate postage needs, please contact Go Wedding Favours for further details.
Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Free Favours prize draw can be entered by visiting Facebook and clicking 'Like'
The prize is £50s worth of wedding favours. The prize is not restricted to favours but can include table decorations and most other products available on www.goweddingfavours.co.uk. Chocolate Flowers are a restricted product and only Medium Calla Lilies will be included in the prize due to stock restrictions and delivery lead time. The prize can be changed at the discretion of Go Wedding Favours at any time. There is no cash alternative available.
Go Wedding Favours may wish to use winners' names for editorial and publicity purposes on the Go Wedding Favours website. It is a condition of entry to this prize draw that you agree to this use of your name. The Promoter's privacy policy applies.
The Closing Date is 30 June 2012 and a winner will be drawn at random from the entries.
The prize draw winner will be notified within 7 days. In the event that the winner is not contactable within 14 days another winner will be drawn.
