How to Contact Us

Can I contact you to discuss my order?

Certainly, we are only too pleased to help and advise you with your choice of products. Having been through our own wedding planning recently we know how important every little detail is – including your wedding favours. You can contact us by email or telephone.

What are your opening hours?

Although you can browse and shop via our website anytime, if you would like to contact us via telephone on 01159622673 our opening hours are:

9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK Statutory Holidays)
9:00am – 1:00pm Saturday and Sunday

We also have a message service where you can leave a message and this again operates 24-hours per day. We will always aim to get back to you within 24 hours and at a time to suit you.

How to Order

How do I order?

Payments must be made through our website via a secured server operated by ProTX and authorised by Lloyds TSB Cardnet for credit or debit card payments. The online process is extremely safe and secure utilising the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology. We are only too happy to offer any assistance you require in the order process if you are at all unsure. If you would prefer to pay by cheque you can do so. Please make all cheques payable to Go Wedding Favours and send to Go Wedding Favours, 52 Whittingham Road, Nottingham, NG3 6BJ. Please be aware that orders will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared.

We have created an “Easy Order Guide” just for you and we hope it makes your shopping experience even easier.

Registering

We request that all customers who use the site register their details as part of the checkout process and an email address is also required by the customer to allow us to send a confirmation for your order. This process saves you time next time you shop with us as your contact details are saved and displayed whenever you enter your username and password. Please note we never see or therefore store any of your financial details so you will always have to enter these with each order.

You also have the option of registering for our great newsletter, which is distributed every quarter and is packed with news and special offers for existing customers. However, if you would prefer not to receive this newsletter you always have the option not to receive it and this option can be changed either way by yourself at any time.

Searching for products

Searching for products on the website has been designed to allow you to find the item you are searching for in a variety of ways.

Firstly, there is the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen and as products or categories are selected sub-categories will appear and may give you further options. Although rest assured, you can return to the home page at any time by clicking “home” or simply clicking on the logo.

Secondly we have designed a search facility that allows you to search for specific items and displays all results matching your search criteria.

Finally throughout the website, including the home page, there are items grouped by theme on which you can either click on the picture or the text below the picture which is great for browsing as all relevant sub-categories are displayed allowing you to instantly look at all products within that particular theme.

Using your shopping basket

When you have decided which items you would like to wow your guests with simply click the “Add to Basket” icon and the item will be automatically added to your shopping basket. However, it is important to note that unless you state the quantity of a particular item you require then the default quantity is always 1. Again, this can be changed at anytime in the browsing process. Removing items is just as easy simply click “Remove” and the item will be removed from your shopping basket.

Checkout

Once you have made the difficult task of making your final selection from the shopping basket contents screen click “Proceed to Checkout”. At this point you are asked to either register or enter your username and password. From this point onwards your details are sent through a secure connection.

Payment

All card payments are made via a secure server.

We can deliver to an alternative address to the customers home address but we reserve the right to deliver or not to deliver to this address at the discretion of Go Wedding Favours.

Your payment is processed at the point where order is processed and a delivery email will be sent to you confirming the order and your unique order number, which you must keep safe in the very unlikely event of a problem occurring with your order.

All prices shown on the website are quoted in UK Sterling. We are not VAT registered so you don’t pay VAT on any of our products.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver to an alternative address to the customers home address but we reserve the right to deliver or not to deliver to this address at the discretion of Go Wedding Favours.

We do not deliver to PO Box numbers or addresses not registered with the card company.

Postage Costs and Type?

Postage costs for UK Mainland delivery only range from:

£1.95 for orders up to £4.99 Royal Mail 1st Class
£4.99 for orders from £5.00 to £10.00 Royal Mail
£5.99 for orders from £10.01 to £19.99 Royal Mail
£7.99 for orders over £20.00 Courier such as ParcelForce

Which Postage Costs Apply?

Postage costs include delivery to the mainland UK only, however additional postage charges will apply to order received from Northern Ireland, all islands including The Channel Islands and The Isle of Man.

Customers are advised to choose the correct rate of postage at the time of ordering to avoid unnecessary delay and all customers outside Mainland UK must contact Go Wedding Favours before placing an order to obtain the correct postage cost.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all products that are in stock within 7 working days and we aim to deliver within 5 working days of dispatch.

What happens if I am not in at the time of delivery?

Your order will be dispatched and a signature will be required - we find this is the easiest way to ensure you receive your delivery safely. If you are unable to take delivery of your products, a calling card should be left with details of how you can pick up your goods.

How long does it take to dispatch the order?

We aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days.

The product I want is out of stock?

We aim to replenish any stock levels within 30 working days.

Products

Do the products have a long shelf life?

All products, unless otherwise stated, have a minimum 6-month shelf life with all dragee flowers and butterflies having a minimum 18-month shelf life. The “best before” date is clearly displayed with your ordered products.

What are the main ingredients of your dragee flower and butterfly products?

The main ingredients of our chocolate products are sugar, cinnamon, cocoa and cocoa butter.

Allergy Advice: Items produced in factory where nuts are used as such may contain nut traces.

General Advice: Stems are made from wire, chocolate wrapping (cellophane, tulle or satin) and leaves not edible they are only decorative, as such caution and supervision would be advised when items are given to children.

General Advice for all other Confectionary: All other products produced on premises where nuts are used and as such may contain nut traces. Specific allergy advice is given on each product page and must be followed at all times.
